We are developing a very dark-green, plain fish paper roll for generator rotor maintenance, removal and installation. The proposed roll is 30 inches wide, 30 feet long and 15 mil (0.015 inch) thick.
A two-layer option for 30 mil of fish paper
Installers may consider building up two 15-mil layers, using their own adhesive to attach the first layer to the skid pan and the second layer over the first. Together, the two layers provide 30 mil of actual fish paper.
A competitively priced, two-layer option
The dark fish paper is produced in a popular 15-mil thickness. Longer production runs at this widely used thickness help optimize manufacturing costs, allowing us to offer a more competitively priced option. Two layers provide 30 mil of actual fish paper for the skid pan. Availability and final pricing are forthcoming.
